All salads are prepared fresh daily. We pride ourselves in using locally grown produce whenever in season.

Pizza
All of our pizzas are 12" and satisfy 1-2 people. Napoletana style, thin and perfectly crisp crust made from a homemade dough recipe prepared daily. We use imported flour from Napoli prepared especially for our wood fired brick oven. All of our red sauce pizzas are made with fresh mozzarella and imported San Marzano tomatoes which are crushed and used in all of our red pizza sauces. We use an open-hearth, wood-fired, brick oven designed after the ovens in Naples, Italy. Our pizza bakes at the very high temperature needed to perfect the look, taste, and aroma of a true pizza Napoletana.

Oven Baked Sandwiches & Calzones
All of our calzones & sandwiches are brick oven baked. Our sandwiches are not heroes. They are hot with rustic perfection. Whole Wheat - Please inform us if you wish to substitute our homemade whole wheat dough.

Parmigiana Entrees
Egg-battered and dipped in seasoned bread crumbs. Lightly fried, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and homemade marinara sauce. Baked to perfection and served with a pasta of your choice in a marinara sauce.

Chicken & Veal Entrees
All marsala, piccata, and francaise entrees are served with a side of spaghetti in the entree sauce. No sauce substitutions on entrees for marinara sauce or garlic & oil. Spaghetti may be substituted for vegetables for additional charges.
